The Belgium plate is made of ceramic and features a humorous, hand-painted motoring scene from the early 20th century, circa 1903 or the 1920s.
It depicts two people in an early automobile startling a flock of geese, much to the amusement or dismay of onlookers.
The text on the plate translates to "The Sports: The Automobile" and "All together: oh! the dirty beasts!!!"
