22" - Good looking old pennant. I read this club has been around since 1938.

I ship felt pennants in a bubble envelope. Smaller ones are shipped flat. Longer ones with one or two folds - lightly folded with tissue paper placed at the point of the fold. I have shipped about twenty thousand felt pennants this way over the past twenty years with minimal issues.
