VINTAGE 1935 ANTON REICHE TIN "HEN on WOVEN BASKET" CHOCOLATE MOLD. This 91 YEAR OLD mold Measures 5 1/4" high by 6" wide and about 2 3/8" in depth. It was made of TIN and STEEL and is BEAUTIFULLY DETAILED FRONT and BACK. VERY NICE DETAIL on the FRONT and BACK of this piece. It was MADE in DRESDEN, GERMANY and MARKED 35. REICHE pieces are LARGER than MOST and DISTINCTIVE DESIGNS. Weighs in at 6.4 OUNCES. When filled by a CHOCOLATIER or CANDY MAKER, it would stand up. As a designer, I purchased 16 ANTIQUE CHOCOLATE MOLDS from the ESTATE of an ANTIQUE DEALER in EAU CLAIRE, WISCONSIN who was highly regarded for her UNIQUE pieces and EXPERTISE.
