VTG 12ft African Ceremonial Raffia Woven Textile Fabric Authentic Handmade Kuba? For Sale

This is a vintage hand woven piece of African art. Thirty years ago my wife and I traveled extensively in Africa by truck. We bought this piece from a women in a small village. We honestly cannot remember which country we were in at the time, but we think it was from one of the following : Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe or Botswana. It is all hand woven raffia panels dyed in natural tan, black, and reddish-brown tones. It is stitched together in an intricate geometric patchwork design. It is decorated with small cloth tassels on the edges and a total of 140 Cowrie shells. It measures a whopping 26 1/2 in. wide X 12 feet 6 in long. It can be displayed whole or cut into several pieces. It is a once in a life time find.
