VINTAGE VISTA SHORES CLUB NEW ORLEANS MATCHBOOK For Sale

The Vintage Vista Shores Club New Orleans matchbook is a collectible item from the United States, showcasing a unique design and advertising for the club. This piece of paper history serves as a nostalgic reminder of the past and can be a valuable addition to any matchbook or advertisement collection. Its origin adds a special touch, making it a sought-after item for collectors of vintage memorabilia. I remember summers in the 1960s & 1970s at the VS Club - my parents weren't members but I had school friends whose parents belonged to the Club. It was a great place to hang out with friends. Unfortunately, it closed permanently in August 2005 when Hurricane Katrina slammed into New Orleans. The Lake Terrace neighborhood flooded badly, as did many areas of New Orleans. It was demolished and a Memory Care & Assisted Living Center opened in its place in 2012 under the name SummerHouse Vista Shores. The matchbook is in excellent vintage condition. It comes from my smoke-free, pet-free home.
