VINTAGE Pen Marbled Jade GREEN Color Celluloid Dog Scottish Terrier Shaped For Sale

This is the coolest pen I’ve ever seen. I can’t seem to find one like it on Google lens search, but it is a pen shaped like a dog. It stands up like a dog and it’s made out of a celluloid or plastic of some sort made to look like Jade. The ink is dried up and it won’t write. I’m not sure if that can be replaced from the tail to the tip of the nose 6 inches long and approximately 2 inches tall.
