We do not know how long watch will run after winding, it may not keep time accurately, and it may not work in all positions. If we state we could not open back case for view of the movement, than we have no information on movement and watch is being sold AS-IS. If we state that the watch is not working- it means that it is not working- whether or not it needs parts and repairs is unknown and you are offerding with this as a known factor.
