It is faded, and has some month nibbles in the white vertical strip on the left side, but still a great looking old ICE CAPADES pennant!
I ship felt pennants in a bubble envelope. Smaller ones are shipped flat. Longer ones with one or two folds - lightly folded with tissue paper placed at the point of the fold. I have shipped thousands of felt pennants this way with minimal issues. If you want it shipped another way, I will gladly work with you, but please ask what it will cost before buying.
