Not sure what this is. Has green swirls in glass pattern.Has a pretty good chunk out at bottom (see photos)
Almost 5 - 1/2" diameter (not quite 5 - 1/2"),Irving Florman Co New York Pat Applied for is stamped on bottom.
The figure of a man with a wreath is about 4" tall and screwed on from bottom.Guessing this could be a desk item for odds and ends???
There is no "indentions" for a cigarette, so so I assume it is a catch all for small desk items.
