VINTAGE BARET WARE TIN LITHO GAME DEER #145 SERVING TRAY 16" MADE IN ENGLAND For Sale

Vintage metal serving tray made by Baret Ware of England. Pattern is called "Game Deer" #145 and has a charming printed picture of two deer in a forest surrounded by mallard ducks. The background color is an ivory or pale yellow and the border is green with gold scrolled designs. The tray measures about 16 1/4" by 13 1/2" so it's a good size. It is in very good condition with a few scratches and scuffs in the design, and a lot of superficial scratching on the back from use. This would have been used at parties in the mid-20th century to hold hors d'oeuvres or drinks, but it would be great for display purposes, especially in a country or mountain cabin.
