Approx. 26" excluding tassels (if any shown). Age is a best estimate, if shown.Missing most of one of the top tassels and the other top tassel is damaged. Otherwise, overall good condition.
I ship felt pennants in a bubble envelope. Smaller ones are shipped flat. Longer ones with one or two folds - lightly folded with tissue paper placed at the point of the fold. I have shipped thousands of felt pennants this way with minimal issues. If you want it shipped another way, I will gladly work with you, but please ask what it will cost before buying.
