VINTAGE -1950s Morse Duomatic Automatic Zig Zag Sewing Machine Made In Japan For Sale

This vintage Morse Duomatic Automatic Zig Zag Sewing Machine from the 1950s is a true gem for any sewing enthusiast. Made in Japan, this machine is designed for domestic use and boasts a beautiful blue color. The machine is in great working condition and is sure to provide many more years of sewing pleasure.

On the front left of the machine it says, "Morse Duomatic." On the lower right it has a metal Good Housekeeping seal. Below that is a metal plate that says "Duomatic Automatic Zig Zag made in Japan." On the front left side is a lever that shifts the machine from Automatic to Manual. The next lever has slots with L, M, and R and change the position of the needle. The next thing is a large knob with a Large Red "M" on it. This changes the five Zig Zag patterns. Also a large knob labeled in Red "Stitches Per Inch." In the center is the Reverse Button. On the sewing bed is a silver knob with three settings labeled, "EMBR, Silk, and Norm." This knob lowers the feed dogs. This is a really nice all metal and therefore heavy machine. It can go in a case or a table. It has a few tiny nicks here and there. On top it has two pop-up spool holders that can be locked in the down position. This must have been the Cadillac of its day. It does most likely need a little TLC but is very rare also ha ING parts under neath that are TOYOTA parts , this thing is great for use or so show or both
