Super rare and very cool old pennant. I have researched this as best I could and this should be a promotional pennant from when this mall was first built. This was the very first indoor mall in the United States and was a huge deal when it opened. All types of dignitaries came to the grand opening including Walt Disney. While I strongly believe this is from the 1962 opening year, by 1968 there was a monorail train running through this area and the tracks are not shown in this artwork. Great piece of Mall history from Rochester, New York.
Shows some age, but still overall mostly good condition - tassels are faded, top left corner has tack damage, tack stain at tip, and just some general age showing. For a local or a Mall collector this would be a dynamite framed item and a super conversation piece! I have spent a good bit searching and have not found another online and I have had likely 20,000 pennants and have never run across this one before.
I ship felt pennants in a bubble envelope. Smaller ones are shipped flat. Longer ones with one or two folds - lightly folded with tissue paper placed at the point of the fold.
