Saffordites are also known as Cintamani Stone ,Arizona Star Stone or Philosopher stone.
Although referred to as Arizona tektites, Saffordites are actually RARE pseudo-tektites found ONLY in Safford, Arizona. These specimens have been found to be 30 million year old weathered obsidian specimens that resemble and have the appearance of tektites, hence, saffordite is one of the highest vibrational energy stones (with frequency greater than Moldavite). They are excellent for protection against negative energy, meditation, chakra balancing, grounding and aiding in life fulfillment and purpose. They can be used to clear deep emotional blockages. Saffordite is associated with the heart chakra.
