Normal rust in spots from age. Handle works and moves freely as does the mechanism inside. However I really don’t know if it can still open a can. ( lol, not sure how to use this).
When the top is opened most of the time it gets stuck from the pin, it moves slightly and to close the top you kind of have to lightly shift it to one side to close. ( its not a big deal, you will understand when you get it.)
