Manufactured in UK by one of the oldest local factories,155 g/sqm MOD approved wovenflag material is by far the most durable flag fabric on the market. Apart from its outstanding durability, MoDapproved woven fabric has a pleasant natural feel and non-shiny wool like appearance. The MoD approved flag fabric is treated forUV resistanceand would fade much slower than natural fibres or non UV treated artificial flag fabrics. Separate pre-cut Union Jack panels are sewn together usingUK \'COATS\' manufacturedbonded nylon thread. The latter has superior abrasion resistance compared to generic cotton or core spun threads.
The fly and outer corners are additionally reinforced using multiple seams to keep the flag longer from premature fraying.
