This sale is for a Rare USS MISSISSIPPI SSN-782 "GATOR" SUBMARINE BADGE INSIGNIA - SHINY SILVER - REGULATION SIZE (2.75"). This badge was designed by the crew of the submarine. It has a submarine with a head on view. Two fierce looking alligators are resting on each side (Port & Starboard) of the Submarine. It has the same dimensions of an official U.S. Navy Submarine Insignia. This is an unofficial version of the submarine insignia. A novelty set of dolphins.There are the initials "KAG" on the back of the badge, The badge was made by the same company that makes submarine insignia for the U.S. Navy, VANGUARD. It has two clutch post pins on the back for attachments. YOU CAN REQUEST A DIFFERENT VERSION: SHINY GOLD OR SILVER, ANTIQUE GOLD OR SILVER.
