The USN Navy Officer Dress Military Hat by Bernard is a white, 22-inch hat made for U.S. Navy officers. This original piece, crafted in the United States, fits into the Militaria theme and is a great collectible for military enthusiasts. It’s in very good condition, as you’d expect from an officer’s dress white hat. The Bernard tag inside has come loose, but it will be included when the hat ships. While I don’t have a cloth tape for exact measurement, the best estimate is about 22 inches around, making it approximately a size 7. This is a beautifully constructed service hat.
