USA Made Spanish Model 1871 Remington Rolling Block Rifle Socket Bayonet TR1853 For Sale

Here is a rare USA Made Remington Model 1871 bayonet for use on the 11.5mm Remington Model 1871 Rolling Block Rifle. This is an interesting piece in that it was made in the USA and NOT in Spain. The ones made in the USA had a socket length of 2.625\" whereas the Spanish made ones was 3\" long. Serial No. on bottom of socket, 185019 A,This measures 24.25\" overall with a 21.5\" blade and a inside socket diameter bore of .680\". Very good condition showing age patina, handling wear.
