US Navy Diaphragm Mark III Mk.III WW2 Supplied Air Respirator Rare For Sale

🇺🇲 United States Navy Diaphragm Mk.III gas mask dated September of 1943 size Universal in the Supplied Air Respirator Configuration. This mask is a bit of an oddity, as the facepiece is just a standard Navy Diaphragm Mk.III, but with the dual hoses and B2 filter removed, and dual Class B Grey rubber Supplied Air Hoses attached, of which are dated the first week of May 1943, likely by MSA. This mask came with a mint faceform, a hose ring that would connect the two hoses, a faceform manual, and what appears to be some sort of clamp that would connect to a harness or something. It is also a fact that these masks are absolutely only meant for industrial purposes and not shallow diving as most collectors had believed these to be for.
