Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage flaking at the edges of the cover that has caused the cover and centerfold to become detached the spine split 50% of the way the staples are Rusty it has writing on the front it is a bit musty dusty and perhaps moldy and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr- out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
