Lump of sugar
Dash of Angostura bitters
Dash of soda water
1 ½ oz Puerto Rican Rum
Large Cube of Ice
Add a dash of bitters over the lump of sugar in a small Old-Fashioned glass. Add just enough soda water to dissolve the sugar. Add the rum and large ice cube and stir.
Garnish with a ½ slice of orange, cube of pineapple and maraschino cherry.
Simple. Smooth. Always in style.
