CGC 3.0 with WHITE pages, grader notes reproduced below. The Vault of Horror #35 is EC’s Christmas issue, with Johnny Craig’s cover for the killer-Santa story “...And All Through the House...”, later filmed with Joan Collins and for HBO.

• “...And All Through the House...” — Johnny Craig’s killer-Santa story, adapted for the 1972 Amicus film Tales from the Crypt with Joan Collins and again for HBO’s Tales from the Crypt in 1989, directed by Robert Zemeckis.
• Christmas cover and stories, per CGC’s label — the lead plus Graham Ingels’ “Shoe-Button Eyes!”
• First issue with Johnny Craig as editor of Vault of Horror.
• Jack Davis, Jack Kamen and Graham “Ghastly” Ingels each sign a story inside.

• Craig wrote his own stories, which was rare at EC, where most artists drew Al Feldstein’s scripts. He writes, draws and covers the lead here.
• The letters page plugs Panic, EC’s brand-new humour title, and Jack Davis draws an ad for the EC Fan-Addict Club.
• Credits: Johnny Craig cover, signed; Craig and Jack Oleck scripts; Craig, Davis, Kamen and Ingels art; Marie Severin colours. CGC’s Art Comments and the Grand Comics Database agree, with Oleck’s two scripts marked as probable in the database.
• The back cover sells Spektoscopes, binocular glasses “imported from Germany” for watching sports and television.
• February–March 1954, ten cents.
