Up for sale is a truly unique piece of animation history: an original hand-painted production setup from the very first pilot episode ofThe Magic School Bus, titled “Gets Lost in Space,” which aired on September 10, 1994.
This one-of-a-kind item features a hand-painted background on canvas with original animation cels layered on top. Production notes are visible on the underside, adding to its authenticity and collectible value.
The cels and background remain in their original placement. I have not attempted to separate or adjust them to avoid any risk of damage, preserving the piece exactly as acquired.
