Vintage and original lot of 3 extremely rare WWII related pieces here. There were only a very limited number of these produced. This set has been in my possession now for 30 years. Time for a new home. The Longest Mission book accounts for the history of the German Stalag Luft III camp and the Allied POW's housed there. The movie The Great Escape told the story of some great f the men who planned and escaped from this prison. 40 pages, packed with photos and stories. Measures 11 by 14. Also included is an 11 by 11 map setting the stage for D Day. Finally, the last piece is the program from the survivors 50 year reunion. Just a fantastic set. All in beautiful condition. See pics.
