This item was used in several episodes of "The Chilling Adventure of Sabrina" on Netflix. This is used by the Infernal Bailiff and it hangs from his belt. This was used by actor Christiaan Westerveld.
This is a very heavy set. The collar is metal and the spikes inside are either metal or resin. I can’t tell for sure. It is very sturdy.
