Condition Definitions:
New: Brand New, in perfect condition. (usually with tags)
Like new: Pre-Owned, almost like new.
Excellent: Pre-Owned, minimal signs of wear from normal usage.
Very Good: Played with condition, pre-owned and may have noticeable scratches, scuffs, or blemishes
Good: Pre-Owned and may have major marks, blemishes or scratches
**All secondhand items that are listed are thoroughly washed, (especially plush) and wiped down (material permitting) to help prevent the spread of germs and odors.
All plush that are pre-owned, are gathered from estate, garage sales and sales. We have no knowledge if the toy is from a smoke or pet free home. We do our best to provide only the best looking, cleanest, odor-free toys possible, shipping from a smoke-free home. Plush are machine washed (unless they have tags that can be damaged) and stored in sealed containers, with dryer sheets to prevent odors. Also, plush may be shipped in a polymer bag, at our discretion.

We provide prompt shipping on ONE Business Day. International shipments will pay actual shipping costs unless included in the Global Shipping Program, provided by .
