READ DESCRIPTION!
Top staple is detached. Bottom staple is barely hanging on, probably will pop off when trying to remove from bag and board so PLEASE expect that to happen. The cover is EXTREMELY brittle and fragile. Tear on front right cover. Piece missing from back top. Interior pages I counted 16, some yellowing with minor foxing. I did not see any major damage or tears to the interior pages, couple minor creases and folds. No smoke smell. Does have a slight musty smell from age and being in storage. If you need more pictures please let me know . See pictures for condition. Will be shipped bagged and boarded. Smoke free. I do have cats, no odors but may have a stray hair due to static electricity.
