Toyo Trading Co. was a prominent importer of Asian decorative arts, primarily operating in the mid to late 20th century. While the name is Japanese, many of their most popular lusterware and hand-painted ceramic lines were produced in China to satisfy the high demand for Chinoiserie and Hollywood Regency home decor in Western markets.
This timeless decorative plate is 9” x 9” and approximately 1 1/2” tall.
