Signed by story writer Robert Venditti and story artist/inker Scott Hepburn, this approximately 11 by 17 inch original art page is from Superman: Man of Tomorrow #1(July, 2020). Borrowing from Greek mythology, in the story ('Superman's Day Off'), the Man of Steel briefly assumes the burden of Atlas, who was condemned by Zeus to hold the heaves aloft forever in punishment for the Titan's war against the Olympians. But Atlas needs a respite so he may attend his daughters wedding on Mount Olympus. It looks like a job for Superman.. but he'll have to rely on more than just his super strength and endurance to handle this challenge. Meanwhile, other heroes assume the Last Son of Krypton's duties in Metropolis (with, on this page, Black Canary taking down the Silver Banshee). A charming story on stepping up, helping others, and, above all, about having heart.
