The 22 April 1988 Change of Commandpamphlet prints a brief description of the Change of Command Ceremony, Scheduleof Events, 5 paragraphs of text by Joseph Conrad titled “Command AtSea”, 2 bios with inset portrait images of Commander William L.Sellers, U.S.N. and Commander Daniel S. Keefe, U.S.N., a ShipsHistory, list of the Officers and Chief Petty Officers names, rearcover illustrated with insignia of the USS Andrew Jackson.
Laid into the pamphlet is the finely printed Invitationto the Change of Command Ceremony, the Visitors’ Pass, and a singlesheet with a portrait image of Commander William L. Sellers, U.S.N withhis bio printed on the verso.
