This is a truly exceptional, stunning French copper rondeau or braiser pan from Dehillerin. A part of my personal copper cookware collection. I'm hoping to sell this within one week prior to my forthcoming trip. Need $$$.
This substantial professional-quality piece features a beautifully hand-hammered finish throughout (Please refer to pictures) though the hammering at the bottom and the lid has faded quite a bit due to age and use. The interior has been newly retinned by Rocky Mountain Retinning in Colorado and has only been used once to make soup.Measurements:• Diameter: 28 cm / approximately 11 inches
