This stunning clock features a drum style clock dial and movement with a french alarm movement from which the alarm is set via the small subsidiary dial. The clock is then adorned by a thermometer with a beautiful decorative surround. The clock and barometer are then flanked by a stunning, well cast mythical creature who appears to be climbing the clock. The piece is then finished with a lovely shaped base to which the clock and creature are mounted.
The clock and alarm are both set and wound via the door to the back. The clock is ticking away and the alarm is working.
