Important Shipping Information for Postcards Under $20

ECONOMICAL SHIPPING OPTION ESE: Your postcards will be shipped via Standard Envelope (ESE) (equivalent to a postal stamp, minimal tracking) in a semi-rigid envelope. This service is designed to keep shipping costs low for postcards and reduce errors. We are able to print a shipping label directly from , making the process quicker, error-free, instead of using a USPS stamp, which many postcard sellers still use. It's as safe and reliable as using a postal stamp.

IMPORTANT TRACKING INFORMATION FOR STANDARD ENVELOPE (ESE): Please note that the tracking for Standard Envelope (ESE) works differently than you would expect. It only tracks the postcard from post office/sorting hub to post office/sorting hub, NOT TO YOUR MAILBOX. Occasionally, it may provide no tracking information at all, though it's a safe mailing method, the tracking aspect of it can be confusing or misleading. While the tracking status may indicate delivery, it doesn’t necessarily mean it has reached your mailbox. It may mean it has reached your local PO/Sorting hub. Typically, you should receive your postcard within 1-3 business days after the delivery status update, but this can vary based on your local post office’s efficiency. In some cases, it may take up to 3 weeks due to USPS delays. We appreciate your patience with the USPS. Please be patient, and don’t hesitate to reach out if your postcard has not made it to you safely.

UPGRADE SHIPPING OPTION: For an additional cost, you can choose Ground Advantage shipping, which includes a thick cardboard mailer, mailbox-to-mailbox USPS tracking and faster delivery. If you wish to upgrade from Standard Envelope to Ground Advantage shipping after your purchase, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a link to an listing for the additional shipping cost.
