The real life Al Simmons was Todd's roommate in college and did a lot of signings and Spawn Tours in the 1990's promoting the real life Al Simmons 'AKA Spawn' in costume. To my knowledge, Al Simmons only signed Spawn merchandise for a limited time, he no longer signs Spawn merch, making items signed by both HTF!!
Both signatures appear genuine and the collector notes are very detailed. I did not witness these signatures, purchased from a 3rd party/collector. I have 100's of signed items and have many items witnessed or signed in my person by Todd McFarlane, Greg Capullo, Al Simmons and more. See my listings
