1. Valentina Tereshkova was the first female cosmonaut (USSR) to complete a single spaceflight. Her mission took place from June 16 to 19, 1963, aboard the Vostok 6 spacecraft. She spent almost three days in orbit (2 days, 22 hours, 50 minutes), completing 48 orbits of the Earth. After this flight, Tereshkova trained for new missions but never flew again.
2. Soviet cosmonaut Vladimir Afanasyevich Lyakhov completed three spaceflights as a crew commander (1979, 1983, 1988), totaling over 333 days, working on the Salyut 6, Salyut 7, and Mir stations. He performed three spacewalks, including an emergency one to rescue an antenna. Vladimir Lyakhov, a two-time Hero of the Soviet Union, logged a total of 333 days, 7 hours, and 47 minutes in space.
