Then the regulation on the sign was partially changed by order No. 1134 of November 5, 1938 (sign \"For the flight of 800 thousand km\" was replaced by the sign \"For a flight of 1 million km\").
Lined in the form of nine unfolded dark blue stylized banners (32 mm in diameter) an overlay in the form of a convex globe (21 mm in diameter) entwined with laurel leaves (25 mm in diameter). The leaves at the bottom are crosswise intertwined with a red enamel ribbon. On the globe there is a red enamel tape 2 mm wide with the inscription “500 thousand km”. Above is the abbreviation \"Civil Air Fleet\", an overhead emblem of Aeroflot with a wingspan of 15 mm. The field of the badge is crossed by a twin-engine aircraft ANT-9 with a wingspan of 40 mm.
