I send shipping notifications to all buyers the day your item is shipped. If your spam blockers prevent this from being received, you need to make adjustments.

My payment terms are net 7 days. I usually ship Priority Mail, insured, unless otherwise specified. Questions are always welcome. Please take the time to read the title and description and review the image before asking a question. If a characteristic of an item is not covered in the listing and the buyer does not ask a question pertaining to that characteristic – there would be no grounds for a complaint or a return. All items are sold as is. Most items I sell are old and used. Slow pay and poor communication do not receive positive response. Seller is not responsible for uninsured shipments that are damaged or lost. Liability for insured shipments rests with the carrier. I keep all receipts and will be happy to furnish, if required. Any other complaints you have with the carrier, register them with the carrier. Once I have shipped the item, I have fulfilled my contract obligations. No returns.
Unfortunately- due to the bad behavior of a few buyers- I will no longer post response for buyers until they have posted response for me.
I rarely relist items. If I do relist- they are put into “my stores’. Therefore- if you want them – offer on them. They will not get any cheaper.
In several instances- I purchase new cartons and bubble wrap. These costs are included in shipping and handling.
