This Souvenir Book is in Very Good condition. The paper cover is structurally Excellent but does have a few light stains on the front (see photos). The interior is Excellent. It is bright, clean, unmarked and unstained. The string binding is in great shape.
Based on the publisher name and specific layout markers, this souvenir book was printed between 1937 and 1945.The Corporate Imprint (\"Haynes Inc., Yellowstone Park, Wyoming\"): Jack Ellis Haynes (son of the pioneer park photographer F. Jay Haynes) officially established the corporate name Haynes Inc. in 1937 to oversee the family\'s publishing and retail outlets.The 24 Color Plates, though the Haynes family was famous for photography, these specific color plates are highly detailed chromolithographs or hand-colored photogravures produced by the Haynes Studio to mimic artwork.Because these were issued seasonally without formal printed dates on the title page, the closest definitive date range for this exact Haynes Inc. iteration is circa 1940 (1937–1945).
