Payment

Payment is done throught the Payment system provided. Please note sometimes works out your import tax, if it does we are obliged to put this in the customs forms. As a rule we do not charge you tax for import, this is between the buyer and their country, please make sure you know your countries rules on importing products. We work on the official paper market price for bullion.
Shipping
Please note we cannot be held responsabile for postal delays by third party couriers.
We will endeavor to dispatch as quick as possible with a view of making sure the item purchased is delivered in a reasonable time.
Please note that we do not stock Bullion at the registered address and all orders once having been paid for, will be retrieved from our holding vault and then inspected, packaged and courier booked for delivery.
All UK orders are free and insured.
All international orders will have a minimum charge of £16 to cover shipping and Insurance of items upto a value of £250, at which point if the value is over that another postage charge will be issued in order to cover that value.
All items sent by us to foreign destinations will be fully insured against damage, or loss while being delivered.
All items sent will be tracked by us throughout the journey and where possible a signature required on delivery.
Returns
We offer 30 day returns, In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged then we ofcource will pay for the return and a replacement or full refund upon receipt and inspection of the item sent. Please make sure to send the item back in good time!
Full refunds will only be issued if the item is damaged on receipt, and proof of damage uploaded. We reserve the right to offer partial refunds if we are forced to pay the return postage and insurance if you change your mind, we will also offset any advertisement fees imposed on us, if you cancel or change your mind.
This is in order to cover our costs and loss of revenue and in the price fluctuations of the bullion market and the various fees to sellers which they will not refund.
