Signed Jimmy Carter piece. 5 x 7 photo. Signed and inscribed on matting For Sale

Up for sale is a nice 5 x 7 black and white photo of Jimmy Carter in matting. Signed and inscribed by President Carter on the matting. Inscription reads "Best wishes to Bernie Post  Jimmy Carter"    
Including matting the piece measures approximately  7.5 x 9.5 inches. The 5 x 7 photo was formerly taped down to matting but is now free. I would guess the photograph was in a plastic sleave as there are no marks to the back of the photo while their is markings from the tape on the inside of the matting. Photo is free / loose.  Photo in generally nice condition with some minor wear.  Matting has some wear and discoloration to left boarder area. A stray pen mark of different color than the signature at bottom that goes up until the the actual B in Best.  Other minor dings to the matting. Inscription and signature are strong.
