This is a Sheaffer Pen For Men V fountain pen, a model originally released in 1959 as a fountain pen designed for men.
The PFM V features a gold-filled cap, resin body, and 14K gold nib.
It is characterized by Sheaffer’s distinctive Snorkel filling system and the beautiful inlaid nib, where the nib and front section are integrated into a smooth design.
The tip of the nib is slightly upturned, and the writing feel is relatively firm.

This is a vintage pre-owned item.
There is a dent on the cap top.
The remaining tipping material appears to be somewhat limited, but this does not appear to affect normal use.

Snorkel Filling Method
Turn the end knob to the left. The snorkel tube will extend from the feed area.
After turning it fully, pull the end knob backward.
Place the extended snorkel tube into the ink bottle, then push the end knob in firmly.
This action compresses the internal rubber sac with air pressure. When the pressure is released, the sac returns to its original shape and draws ink inside.
After wiping the nib and feed area carefully, turn the end knob to the right to retract the snorkel tube.
