This came from the estate of a person who liked Europe, Switzerland culture and made many visits. There it’s believed to have come from one of his visits, but true origin is unknown as he is no longer with us.

Although the weather is dusty and has permanent creases in it from being folded, it is still operational, and when you work the bellows, it does move air.
