Santa Fe Time Service Approval Card, Form 1641 Special on green cardstock. This card was filled out by the Watch Inspector whenever an employee was using a watch while on duty. It is unused, no writing on it.  There are not any rips, tears, or cuts in this green card.  It measures approximately 3 11/16 inches long & 2.5 inches tall.
