San Francisco Municipal Railway HO Scale Iconic Replicas Muni Grumman Bus For Sale

This sale is for a new HO scale limited edition die cast by Iconic Replicas San Francisco Muni Grumman 870 Advanced Design transit bus. This is coach #4040 with a huge head sign reading 15 Third Fisherman\'s Wharf Area. The picture shows three Grumman coaches, a side, 3/4 front and 3/4 rear view. The buy it now price is for ONE coach. A little history---Muni purchased 25 Grumman coaches which were delivered in 1980. They were nick named Darth Vader because of the dark tinted windows. These were Muni\'s first ADA (American Disability Act) buses equipped with wheelchair lifts. They were also Muni\'s first rivetless exterior bus. The buses were plagued with problems and were retired 6 years later.
