February 1941 Salt Lake City Parks and recreation photo contest winner of Liberty park original 1880s wood arched bridge first time seen since it was torn down a half century ago. There is no known photo of the bridge accept this one stored away not seen since 1941. Pre-war by 8 months. A young Grace Tuttle took the photo called Rustic Beauty and interned it in the contest. Grace was a resident of americas very first apartment complex downtown salt lake and still stands today.
