Up for sale today is a copy of Marvel Comics' Spidey Super Stories # 11, circa 1975. Produced in collaboration with The Electric Company, this title was aimed at early readers...and, of course, Easy Readers! Featuring the first Black Spider-Woman (of course it's Valerie!) and many EC characters (Morgan Freeman's vampire, Rita Moreno's director, etc.) No back cover Spidey Stamp on this one, just a subscription page (no writing).
Complete mid-grade copy. First printing. Solid with moderate creasing throughout, heavier along the spine and top corner. Light back cover edge chipping. Spot of top edge staining (corresponding front cover color loss and red-ish stain elsewhere). Interior pages are clean and tight, with no tears or writing noted. Light edge tanning, heavier along the top.
