The bolsters show scratches and a few tiny nicks. The Micarta handle has two tiny nicks and light scratches, with no pin cracks or chips. The lockup is solid and the knife functions properly.
The SOLO SO01PS is a vintage gentleman's folding knife featuring a 2-1/2" blade (2-3/8" cutting edge) made from stainless steel (GIN-1, AUS-8, or G-2; no steel markings are present on the blade) with a satin-finished combination edge. The blade opens manually with a lobe opener and is secured by the Walker & Terzuola spring leaf lockback mechanism. The handle features stainless steel bolsters, premium black Micarta scales, and stainless steel liners. The knife measures 5-7/8" overall with a closed length of 3-3/8". Manufactured in Japan between 1993 and 1997, this knife was produced as a premium collaboration between SOLO and Spyderco. The original SOLO pouch is not included; however, a genuine black suede pouch will be provided. No box included.
