A FEW BRIEF NOTES ON SHIPPING—PLEASE READ:
1) While I cannot ship every day, I generally ship several times a week. Sometimes I am able to ship as soon as the day of payment; occasionally it make take a few days, depending on the size and complexity or unavoidable changes in my schedule.
2) Changes at the USPS have resulted in longer shipping times, particularly to more distant destinations (i.e., the south, midwest, and west). Please take this into account. I generally ship using the least expensive class that's appropriate but will gladly make other arrangements at your request and added expense. In most cases I will gladly combine shipping for multiple purchases by U.S. customers only unless the items are too different or awkward to safely ship together.
3) In case of any issues or problems, please contact me before opening a request or dispute. As my long response record makes clear, I strive to provide accuracy in descriptions, great care in packaging and shipping, and excellent customer service. Contacting me directly first to resolve questions or issues greatly speeds up the process and ensures greatest satisfaction.
