Frames/glasses are pre-owned, and in some cases, Vintage. Some adjustment is necessary with Vintage glasses. Please know we work hard at disclosing any known defects in the frames and or lens. If defects are found that went undisclosed by human error, we do offer full refunds, less shipping. If upon receipt, you decide to buy and install new lenses, any cost incurred will be your (buyer) own responsibility. Seller is NOT responsible to pay for any replacement lens.
PAYMENT POLICY
Paymentis requested no later than 3 days of close of sale/sale. On the 4th day, if no payment has been received or special pay arrangementmade, the sale will be canceled, an unpaid case opened and the item relisted.WE STRIVE TO PLEASE AND ARE EASY TO WORK WITH IF YOU COMMUNICATE WITH US. Just email us and let us know if you need more time. This is no problem as long as we hear from you. If we do not hear from you, we can only assume you have backed out of the sale.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped carefully and quickly through USPS within a 1 DAY handling period. (No shipping on Saturdays or Sundays.) International orders are shipped International Priority mail, and may be subject to customs fees and/or taxes at your country\'s customs department. Any and all such fees are the Buyer\'s responsibility. We will mark orders as \"merchandise\" and declare total value of sale. Please be aware of your responsibility before offerding.
We work hard to make sure we fulfill our duty to package your item(s) carefully and securely. We will upload your Tracking Number for you to be able to check the progress of your shipment. We are not held responsible if and when the USPS fails to perform their duty in a timely and/or safe way.
REFUND POLICY
We offer refunds up to 14 days following of delivery, when and if the Buyer notifies us immediately of their intents to return merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received....Sealed items must be returned sealed for refund eligibility. Once the item is received and inspected, your purchase price will be credited back to you, less shipping. Also, please be aware that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
